Systems are delivered by our own engineers, who also install and commission the system on-site same day.
Service Plans
As with any mechanical system, regular maintenance is essential to ensure peak performance and maximise service life.
To get the most from your system it is recommended to remove diffusers annually for cleaning. Doing so prevents accumulation of silt that can impede air flow over time, and allows for any trapped moisture to be flushed from air hoses.
Pump diaphragms should be replaced every 3 years to keep the system fully operational when needed most.
Deep Surface offer three comprehensive service tiers which con be billed annually or monthly, allowing you to spread the cost over a full year. Subscription plans must begin from date of installation.
Each tier includes engineer travel within England & Wales.

(*) Diffusers cleaned/replaced if required during engineer visit. Diffusers can only be replaced at natural end of life due to normal wear and tear. Subscriptions do not cover damage caused by hooks/leads etc.
